Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account. Do not share authentication credentials or use another person's account.

Fitness and health notice

FitMaxx is a training-log and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personalized professional coaching. Exercise involves risk. Consider your health and experience, use proper equipment and technique, and consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing a training program. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Voice and generated results

Voice transcription and structured suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review every proposed set, exercise, weight, repetition, or measurement before saving or acting on it. You remain responsible for your training decisions and saved records.

Subscriptions

• FitMaxx Pro may be offered as weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The price and billing period shown in Apple's purchase sheet control your transaction.
• FitMaxx currently offers no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account before the renewal date.
• Apple processes payments, cancellation, billing, and refund requests. Deleting the app or your FitMaxx account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
• Prices may vary by country, currency, tax, or future pricing changes shown by Apple before purchase or renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse FitMaxx, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade usage or security controls, reverse engineer protected service components, upload unlawful content, or use FitMaxx to harm another person or system. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Ownership

FitMaxx, its software, visual identity, artwork, and service content are owned by the operator or applicable licensors. You retain rights in the training information you create. You grant FitMaxx the limited permission needed to process that information to operate, synchronize, and improve the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FitMaxx reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or changed. Features may evolve, and we may discontinue a feature or the service where permitted by law. We do not guarantee that FitMaxx will always be error-free or available.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitMaxx is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of FitMaxx. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS application where required.
